If I could give zero stars I would due to the rude short black lady with the piercings that worked the drive thru on Sept 1st at approximately 11:25a. Very rude, rushing customers to order, no time to think about what you want, then when I told her that it was rude she shut the window on me. If you don’t want your job why apply for it. I decided to give Wendy’s another chance, it has been over a year since I ate there. I got a chicken deluxe sandwich with fries and decided to try the new apple crumb frosty. The worst thing was the fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday and the chicken sandwich tasted bad so in the trash they went. The apple crumb frosty tasted horrible also. So basically I paid 15.00 dollar for the meal and the only thing worth consuming was the Coke. I will never go back, I am done.
Placed a mobile order so I could pick up breakfast on my way to work. Pulled up to the drive through and waited. Said hello to make my presence known. Eventually pulled around the both windows and found the restaurant was deserted. An hour after “opening” and not a soul in sight. Thankfully was able to cancel my order and should get a refund soon.
