You know it's trash when you have to go check the reviews in the drivethru...im driving away but i sat there first and nobody answered so i thought maybe they're closed..drove around guy at window says they'd take it once i came back around. another car got in before i got there (we were the only two ppl 10:30pm) we both then sit there waiting again?! first you had me sitting there nobody talks in the speaker now you make us wait double. yea wont be back here again.. these reviews are earned

Waited 30 minutes in the drive-through and they missed half of my order. Didn't even give me a receipt, so they refuse to give me a refund.There's also a homeless guy that keeps loitering outside of the property every night, asking everyone for money.No wonder the people here are 30 years old and working a dead-end job. Feels like they've never put effort into anything in their life.

I’m done with this place as of today. This last time that they forgot something in my order was it. The manager was rude and wouldn’t even apologize. She said it wasn’t done “on purpose”. ?So? I had to go all the way back to the store to get what should have been there in the first place. Understaffed and rude people.

By far the worst fast food restaurant and experience i’ve had. Tonight I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes with three cars in front of me for just a sandwich. Every time i come here the service is always slow, the employees are rude and there have no initiative, or sense of urgency nor respect for their customers or their time, they mess up on orders and always give you an attitude as well. I believe higher management comes down to this restaurant and see that for them selves. They need a whole new and better trained staff. Very disappointed and wont be coming back sadly.

Didn’t receive any condiments, straws, or spoons. Had to eat nuggets with no sauce drink with no straw and eat a frosty with no spoon. There was no line so don’t understand why they made this mistake or couldn’t answer the phone to resolve this issue!

Ordered delivery using DoorDash the Wendy’s in question gave our order away which was almost $70 to the wrong driver then when we called stating that we never received our food they said it wasn’t their problem once It left the building yet the driver showed up and the manager told them that they had already given the food to the driver. Yet the driver was there and the food wasn’t, so we had to contact door dash in order to get a refund. don’t ever go here at night, the night manager was very rude and unprofessional. I will also be contacting corporate as the company I work for is a supply vendor for Wendy’s and get a direct call with the owner to notify him of his employees behavior.

This location has ended up having me and my family swearing off and never eating Wendy’s again. Such a shame as they use to be one of our favorite hamburger chain restaurants. Staff never looks happy to be there… can’t blame them as I suspect their pay is not a living wage. Please don’t send me a gift card unless it is from one of your competitors.

How are you going to be open, if you have nothing to sell? I like seeing younger people working, shows some work ethic left but dang. No fries? No nuggets? Just close it down until you get a truck.
