Drive thru wasn’t friendly and they got my order wrong twice, I only wanted ketchup, mayo and cheese. I approached the drive thru with the issue, then they gave me a fresh burger made the same way as before. I was the only customer in line and you would think my order would be right. Never coming here again, customer service has gone down. As a General Manager for food service this place bombed service.
Customer service was unacceptable. Very rude service. Patties were burnt as well.
Employees are all on the counter. Chit chatting with their friends getting food delivered..cursing and carrying on rather than helping customers that are coming in to order food.
