The last three occasions I went to this restaurant I was either charge wrong or charged the for more than I receive. It’s constantly missing items, but I have no one else to blame but myself to continue to pay high prices and not even receive all of the food.

I didn’t know what to do for dinner, so I decided to go to Wendy’s and get two baked potatoes with sour cream and chives following our Arby’s trip, taking advantage of the two or six dollar deal they have going on right now.

Ugly service , clueless and messyThe manager on the back useless ,The little girl at the window with the ugly lashes rude as hell yelled at the customer all because he didn’t have a smaller bill to pay ,manager came in all cocky and yelled at the customer , canceled bunch of orders super disrespectful. once the lobby got busy they started canceling order “corporate issues “…”system is down “…”we don’t have this product “ waited over an hour to get the food !Just disrespectful and disgusting environment from manager to employees.2 men came out after an hour all high lookingOne bold headed to and the tall skinny with dreads .This is my first time ever witnessed such a dysfunctional fast food place , get rid of this useless people ! Starting from management.

This location has to be the worst. This location always has a problem. Their net work is down. Only taking cash. No one came to work today so we can’t take your order. We can’t take your order thru the drive thru you have to come in, after coming in placing a order and waiting than being told we need to cancel your order or making food that was ordered after yours before others, I’ve even been told after having to come in I can wait in my car someone will bring it out to me… the nerve. And the list goes on. Real life can go on. But I don’t feel like telling they lies today. The staff are always rude. And I’d stop giving this location my money if it was not for my kids liking their food. This company needs to do better or I feel corporate needs to close them down. Their management most definitely needs to be let go and new come in. This is just not ok.

I'm sitting at my desk eating my chicken wrap and notice something hard I thought it was lettuce until my teeth was not breaking it down. Spit it out and it was this a bread tie the food was fairly decent until this part so upset.

Terrible service, requested for baked cheese potato and worker (Brejawn) did not listen properly and instead gave a plain baked potato. When confronted, the worker tried blaming me for not telling them when they nodded to saying cheese potato and said we were lying. When asked for the manager, the manager said the customer was wrong too and gave an attitude.

Register was down could only place app order and that ended up all the way in Waxahachie and I noticed right off and the manager was a real hero and got it transferred back to his store ,that’s above and beyond the call of duty
Manager at this location is a true gentleman in 55 and not very Teck savy and my app did not geolocation my order on app and the register was broken and only use app and he got my order moved and save me a huge drive ,ps check your location before ordering on app p

Never been charged for water before, let alone when I’m PREGNANT. Not to mention there were zero ppl in the drive thru & took them a minute to get my one jr cheeseburger deluxe sandwich to me. This location is constantly disappointing..don’t waste your time.
