“My neighbourhood's Wendy's. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The staff always have smiles on their faces, easy to talk to. Very efficient and fast, don't make you wait. I am very pleased with this Wendy's. Food is always hot and fresh. I definitely recommend it.“

“I love this wendy's location!😄🙏 I'm not sure about the day crew, but the night shift people are so friendly and they always make my frosty with love everytime i come. With my baked potato, they gave me plenty of salt and pepper packets and extra sour cream and butter and napkins without me even having to ask for it! The potato was also extra hot and fresh. They also are really good about having what you want to order in stock and the drive thru line is fast, they take care of their customers quickly! Definitely will be revisiting again and again👍“

“I stopped at this location on Friday to have lunch with a friend, as well as my mom who flew into town this week to visit. We arrived around 12:15 and decided to dine in. It was very busy there and for about an hour the drive thru had a line that stretched out to the street. When it came time for us to order, the manager names Andres took our order,and was exceptionally helpful with his knowledge and menu suggestions. He did not rush us as has happened to us in other restaurants. He was extremely kind and considerate to every single person who ordered (I pay attention to these things). He was very busy taking orders, assisting the food delivery drivers, helping out his other staff, and cleaning tables etc. He did this all with a smile and there is this sense of calmness and sincerity about him. While we were completely happy with our experience, we witnessed this one customer in particular who was being rude to other diners but especially the staff. The manner in which Andres handled the situation shows his professionalism and expertise. By the time the customer left, she was happy yet apologetic to us all. Andres display of politeness and his sense of calm shone through. When each customer left, he personally thanked each of us and wished us a good day. People in the food service industry like him are sadly becoming less and less it seems. He is a extremely valuable asset to this company and brand, and should be rewarded for his incredible professional ability. I will go to this location each and every time I want Wendy's, regardless of where I am in the Dallas area. Awesome job, Andres!!!

“I have not been to a Wendy's in many years as there is no one convenient to where I live. My son has been a big SpongeBob fan for most of his life and he wanted to try the new Krabby Patty meal. When we went, it was not crowded. I think I was expecting a little more from the special meal than what we received. It seemed to be just a basic Wendy's single with cheese, fries and a beverage along with a sheet of stickers. The stickers were really cool and my son took them to school.“

“One of the best hospitality ever, I was in a rush to use a restroom as i needed to take a dump and Wendy’s was not like other restaurants were you need to buy something to go to there restroom. They let me without no explanation needed
. A laddie or man told me the passcode with out even me asking her probably he just doing it as a Qck of kindness. Restroom was clean also and included toilet paper. Best spots to go if needed to take a quick dump when your a blue color.“

“Wow, what a pleasant stop at this drive thru. Excellent customer service was experienced in the drive-thru here. Our party was so thankful to have a quick and efficient delivery when making a quick stop here while on the road (with a car full of people). The woman with the long Braids was so pleasant!“

“I visited this Wendys after a horrible experience at a different location in desoto and was pleasantly reminded that all Wendys aren't created equal. This was such a refreshing experience from the customer service to the food quality. I was greeted with happy staff, patience and received hot food! I told my kids , see when you receive good customer service from the staff you can almost always expect your food to taste like it was cooked with love! “Their goodie bags are pretty cool. We got the $8 one, I choose the 2 chicken sandwiches and fries. You get to choose medium or large and I got the large option for both fries and drink. Their strawberry frosties are delicious 😋 and right now they have a banana own that's not too bad.“
