“Every time I come between at night the service is wonderful, they elderly gentleman in the picture greets you since when you’re on the speaker ordering your food , he sounds exited to even taking your order , and when he gives the drinks or food he does it with a smile ! Its sad to see a person working his age he should be enjoying his life , thank you for taking your job seriously but most importantly sharing your smile ❤ My food was delicious and service amazing!!! And fast service!!!“

“Wow, what a pleasant stop at this drive thru. Excellent customer service was experienced in the drive-thru here. Our party was so thankful to have a quick and efficient delivery when making a quick stop here while on the road (with a car full of people). The woman with the long Braids was so pleasant!“

“I visited this Wendys after a horrible experience at a different location in desoto and was pleasantly reminded that all Wendys aren't created equal. This was such a refreshing experience from the customer service to the food quality. I was greeted with happy staff, patience and received hot food! “One of the best hospitality ever, I was in a rush to use a restroom as i needed to take a dump and Wendy’s was not like other restaurants were you need to buy something to go to there restroom. They let me without no explanation needed
. A laddie or man told me the passcode with out even me asking her probably he just doing it as a Qck of kindness. Restroom was clean also and included toilet paper. Best spots to go if needed to take a quick dump when your a blue color.“

“This was my first time visiting this location(1/10 around 3:45). I placed my order in the drive thru. The two employees that assisted me with taking my order and at the window were both very friendly and had great customer service. I really appreciate that.“

Every single time I order Baconator fries and ask for extra cheese and bacon, they absolutely UNDERSTAND THE ASSIGNMENT. Not “a little extra.” Not “oops we forgot.” I mean EXTRA. CHEESE. EXTRA. BACON. These people are feeding me like they want me to have diabetes.
And the service??? ALWAYS SO NICE. I have genuinely never had a bad experience here. Everyone is friendly, my order is right, my fries are LOADED like a girl with five baby dads. I leave feeling like I just received a small act of divine intervention.
At this point, this is not a Wendy’s. This is a community service. A beacon of hope. A safe haven for people who believe there is no such thing as too much cheese or bacon.

“I love Wendy’s. It’s a good place to come and eat. I’ve heard and seen people put this place down, but if it’s really that bad, why do people continue coming here to eat?
I’ve seen a lot of reviews saying different things about this location, but personally, I haven’t experienced those issues. Yes, there are homeless people around, but seeing someone who is homeless doesn’t automatically mean the place is a “drug outlet.” Have you actually seen something happening, or are you just judging people based on how they look?
The food is good, and the staff is nice. The restaurant has also been clean when I’ve been there. I would eat here over and over again.
Overall, I enjoy eating here and will continue coming back.“
“My experience was good. The gentleman in the Drive-Thru was pretty patient with me because I was trying to figure something good in other words I was treating myself sometime we need to do that especially when you had a rough day. I went all out I had a double bacon burger meal with all the vegetables and large french fries and a large Coke. The food was excellent. I was in the Drive-Thru and the drive-thru was not crowded. The temperature of the food was excellent. The service was excellent. I cannot complain about nothing when everything was excellent. I was at another restaurant trying to figure out what I was going to eat because I was treating myself and I left the other place and drove down further and end up Wendy's Restaurant. “My neighbourhood's Wendy's. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The staff always have smiles on their faces, easy to talk to. Very efficient and fast, don't make you wait. I am very pleased with this Wendy's. Food is always hot and fresh. I definitely recommend it.“
