“My kid and I are on this side of town frequently, and we always stop to get a snack or a frosty. Can i just say the staff here has always been nothing but kind and very sweet to us. “I stopped at this location on Friday to have lunch with a friend, as well as my mom who flew into town this week to visit. We arrived around 12:15 and decided to dine in. It was very busy there and for about an hour the drive thru had a line that stretched out to the street. When it came time for us to order, the manager names Andres took our order,and was exceptionally helpful with his knowledge and menu suggestions. He did not rush us as has happened to us in other restaurants. He was extremely kind and considerate to every single person who ordered (I pay attention to these things). He was very busy taking orders, assisting the food delivery drivers, helping out his other staff, and cleaning tables etc. He did this all with a smile and there is this sense of calmness and sincerity about him. While we were completely happy with our experience, we witnessed this one customer in particular who was being rude to other diners but especially the staff. The manner in which Andres handled the situation shows his professionalism and expertise. By the time the customer left, she was happy yet apologetic to us all. Andres display of politeness and his sense of calm shone through. When each customer left, he personally thanked each of us and wished us a good day. People in the food service industry like him are sadly becoming less and less it seems. He is a extremely valuable asset to this company and brand, and should be rewarded for his incredible professional ability. I will go to this location each and every time I want Wendy's, regardless of where I am in the Dallas area. Awesome job, Andres!!!

“Wendy's is too expensive. Your double stack should be priced somewhere in the same range as your competitions. That being said I come to this Wendy's because of the staff the staff in this Wendy's is as nice as can be they are always fantastic when you drive up they've always got a kind word I've never seen a scowl on their faces they are just all around nice people and when you have to go and grab something at night because you're hungry this is a good place to come to thank you so much for the positive attitude we need more of that in the world these days thank you“
“We had a very early flight back home to SEA and we were starving. Not many restaurant options before 0600. Thankful this Wendy’s was open. 8 min walk from our gate but it was worth it. Croissant sausage, chicken biscuit, and the iced coffee was so yum!“

“I have not been to a Wendy's in many years as there is no one convenient to where I live. My son has been a big SpongeBob fan for most of his life and he wanted to try the new Krabby Patty meal. When we went, it was not crowded. I think I was expecting a little more from the special meal than what we received. It seemed to be just a basic Wendy's single with cheese, fries and a beverage along with a sheet of stickers. The stickers were really cool and my son took them to school.“

“My son and I stopped in for Frosty's on a little pre-Christmas adventure. Not a fan of Wendy's, but the Frosty's were excellent. The manager was amazing. Super clean store, and he was great. “I visited this Wendys after a horrible experience at a different location in desoto and was pleasantly reminded that all Wendys aren't created equal. This was such a refreshing experience from the customer service to the food quality. I was greeted with happy staff, patience and received hot food! I told my kids , see when you receive good customer service from the staff you can almost always expect your food to taste like it was cooked with love! I'm extremely impressed with this location and I look forward to coming back! Thanks Wendys and the staff from last night for providing such excellent hospitality!“
“It's ok they keep it pretty clean. The homeless comes in often. I currently don't have a home yet either so no judgement but I don't wanna be bothered while I eat. “My neighbourhood's Wendy's. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The staff always have smiles on their faces, easy to talk to. Very efficient and fast, don't make you wait. I am very pleased with this Wendy's. Food is always hot and fresh. I definitely recommend it.“
