This Wendy’s has the most profoundly beautiful personalities AND the best food I’ve ever experienced at any location. “This 5 star review is not for Wendy’s but to recognize the outstanding employee at this location.I did not catch her name. However, I overheard someone potentially say Monic? She was one of the most friendly and customer centric individuals I have encountered in a very long time.I travel for a living and live out of a hotel room I eat out 3 time a day 300 plus days a year. It is very uncommon for someone to stand out to me or go above and beyond like she did.She was not only extremely friendly but I could see her managing the kitchen. If she is not the manager already Wendy’s pay attention. You have an excellent candidate for a position of that nature. I have seen her in 10 minutes manage employees, take orders, stock product, and then turn around and deliver excellent customer service. It is rare that you find and individual who can be a leader, contribute to the team, and doesn’t lose themselves.(Wendy’s): This information is for management or whoever reads this review and would like to give this lady the recognition she deserves. I was at this location Monday April 03 at around 8pm. I gave her a nice compliment which if asked about would most likely remember. Please do not let someone like this go unnoticed.“
“Iam very mad that you guys are running out of chili beans too early. It has happen 3 times. Every Tuesday night when l get out of work. I love to go get my chili. And it socks with 6 cars ahead of me just to hear. We're out of chili at 9:30 pm . So the times your out of chili that early on Tuesdays l have to go home with no dinner. I really hope you can remedy this problem. I am a value customer every Tuesday night. Thank-you.“
