“I had a order that was missing items through Uber. When I made the report in Uber eats they did not give me a refund. So I called Wendy's and they told me they were out and that Uber should have offered me another item in replacement. They never did but I was offered a free replacement tenders when I came in later that week. The closing manager was very friendly and willing to help me get my moneys worth when Uber failed to give me an option to get a different item.“
“I don't usually post about fast food but this experience was a cut above , it was immaculate clean , food was fast and fresh , it was definitely a different change from what you might know as fast food. Great job everyone here , you are doing a phenomenal job!!!“
“Currently dining in. Was greeted when I walked in. Asked to just wait a minute while catching up on other orders. Cashier come back quickly, smiled and asked what can he get started for me? Gave him my order. Waited less than 5 minutes. Realized it was my fault that I ordered wrong. The $5 biggie bag deal changed. The manager and cashier were VERY VERY kind. They understood and was gracious enough to gift an order of fries and a drink to my kiddo, even though it was my fault for not understanding the new menu. The dining area was clean. Wait time was minimal. Staff was very kind. Thank you!“
