“First time at this location. Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly. Food was normal chipotle, but my burrito wasn’t wrapped properly and was a huge mess. Changing table in one restroom was broken. Dining area is very small. Overall, I would go back.“
“We did a mobile app and they were fast about prep since we were less than five minutes away and it was ready when we arrived. It's an odd location and can be difficult to get in and out of if busy. Staff didn't greet or acknowledge us when we passed any of them but not a huge deal.“
“I haven't been to a Chipotle in years. My son heard about it and wanted to try it so we went. I really liked the craft drinks they had in dispensers by the tea & soda machine. I had the orange turmeric. The food is about the same quality as I remembered. The staff were alright, but not particularly the friendliest. No one was eating in the dining room, but yet most of the tables needed to be wiped down. It didn't seem to be a priority. When we got up to leave, the tables still hadn't been tended to.“
“Oh my, the food is sooooo very good! Staff was super nice and place was so clean. Idk what the deal is with all these restaurants in Ft Worth but they all seem to play the music sooo loud, it's good music but can't hear yourself think let alone talk. Highly recommend.“

An employee named Long made my food and he did a superb job. To bad tips are not allowed. I would have tipped him for his hard work. Thank you for delivering excellent customer service the Chipotle-way.“
“Chipotle Mexican Grill is always a reliable choice for quick and tasty food. The quesadilla was cheesy and satisfying, the chicken burrito was filling with bold flavors, and the veg sofritas were well seasoned. The chicken bowl was fresh, customizable, and perfect for a hearty meal on the go.“
“Im loyal to 2 things at chipotle: sofritas and pinto beans. Some locations are very inconsistent with the quality of these items for some reason, maybe other sofritas lovers will get what im saying, But this kids meal was banging!! Sofritas was perfectly reheated (with the right amount of sofritas juice, sometimes It seems like they just pour a cup of the liquid into my bowl just for fun. Sometimes the opposite happens where its been sitting on the line for so long that its totally dehydrated). The beans were tender, flavorful, and served with an equally appropriate amount of liquid. And the lettuce was lettuce!!
I also got a side of queso and it was filled totally to the top! Which is commendable with fast food places lately
Idk chipotle is a treat for me, and the menu items im looking forward to are often a bit wacky and unpredictable, but this was perfect!“
“This Chipotle has a little hallway with the to the bathroom that allows for a bit more privacy if you're having a meeting. Otherwise it seems to be a very busy Chipotle with a lot of people picking up to go and a fair number of delivery drivers coming in.“
“First time at this location & OMG I was so amazed! The front staff were so quick, kind and communicative with each other so i was in & out with my food in what felt like under a minute! Great portions too. Whoever is running this place & staff is doing excellent!“
“As this was my first time ever to Chipotle I have to say my great fantastic experience started with the great customer service the kindness that the girls showed me since I had not been there before. They took time to explain how it worked and what I might like what I didn't like and I love the food seating was a little scarce however we will be long time customers and again thanks to the girls who help me this evening. “Honestly i went here a few months ago & was unhappy with the service. The staff made a big deal forcing me to order my food online. i didn’t mind but they were being nasty about it. Last night my bf and i came & the service was excellent. the guy making my food was so respectful and held a conversation. even the lady at the cashier as well. they really made our night just because of their mannerisms and how good they were at holding a convo. def enjoyed that crew 🩷“
“I've always enjoyed Chipotle food. I know some people are either freebies or Chipotle fans. I'm definitely more of a Chipotle fan. I like their pico and corn topping more than the toppings at freebirds. Sadly, this place is getting way too expensive, just like every other fast food restaurant. A bowl and drink was 20 dollars.“
“I order about 3-4x a week via the chipotlane and I receive great service everytime. Shay was so on it today, she realized she didnt see my order. It did not process fully on the app, she took the time to make it right away. I am thankful for all the staff at this location, everyone is so pleasant.“
“Big shoutout to Maxwell — this guy is the reason I’ll be coming back. First time returning to Chipotle since moving here from California, and he made it a great experience. Positive energy, genuinely helpful, and polite throughout. That’s the kind of customer service that stands out.
Unfortunately, the experience at checkout with Alexis around 8:20 was a stark contrast. She was visibly disengaged and when I made simple small talk asking how her day was going, her response made it clear she had no interest in being there or interacting with customers. Customer-facing roles require a baseline level of professionalism, and she fell well short of that. Frankly, had she been my first impression of this location, I would have walked out.
Maxwell more than saved the visit — 5 stars for him, and hopefully management takes note of the inconsistency in customer service.“

“Beautiful bowl - they were generous and did everything I wanted. The meat was not good at all, though. Disappointing as that was, since the carne is delicious at the stingy chipotle’s, 4 stars for the service. The app said my order was ready but it wasn’t on the shelf. There was a line so I stood back expecting to wait, but one of the team members was with me right away.
Atmosphere was a 3 because when I walked in, I had to wait for a child to finish spitting in the trashcan before I could get to the counter. Perhaps he had the carne asada, too, but it was still a really gross sight. Glad I had mine to go.“
“I stay less than 5 minutes away from this chipotle, so this location sees me plenty. In the past 2 years, everytime I’ve gone here my food and chips have sucked so bad. But TONIGHT! Whoever was in the kitchen tonight at 8pm, PLEASE keep them there. Thank you!“
