Chipotle Mexican Grill in Fort Worth

“It’s Chipotle; it’s great 🤷‍♀ the workers were really nice, especially the cashier, and the food was as good as always. They don’t judge you if you get a kids’ meal, too, which saves a lot of money. Their Coke machines didn’t work, though. Coke and Coke Zero were both missing the syrup part.“

“Today’s order was decent. Even though I didn’t get all of my rice from my quesadilla online order, what I tried for the first time was the Chili Lime chips. They are pretty good, but I would suggest to pair it with a salsa or cheese sauce to blend the spice and lime together. Overall a good visit.“

“I have been eating here for many years. The quality dipped severely in many ways a few years ago and the final nail in the coffin was getting a burrito the size of my wallet (not the normal size). I said never again.

I got a BOGO a couple months ago and thought why not. Prices have gone up but that is happening everywhere.

What I got was very promising and enjoyable. I typically find myself loyal to a specific location as quality and consistency varies.

Since then, I’ve been back to my 1-2 times a week. I just want to say that this location got its groove back. Please keep doing what you are doing and I’ll keep coming back. I know chipotle can get some hate on the internet regarding quality/price increases/skimping but this store is doing it right.

“Had an amazing experience at this Chipotle! Jared was a really great cashier, super friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Hunter was very generous with the portions and provided excellent customer service the entire time. Casey was also amazing and very helpful. Honestly, the whole team worked so well together and made the experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. You can tell this staff truly cares about their customers. Definitely one of the best Chipotle experiences I’ve had!“

“Went to Chipotle and decided to sit in. Had the steak bowl and some chips and queso. The tables looked a little dirty in the dining area, but the services is always pretty good here. I just wish they would honor my military discount since they do one for first responders etc.“

“I've always enjoyed Chipotle food. I know some people are either freebies or Chipotle fans. I'm definitely more of a Chipotle fan. I like their pico and corn topping more than the toppings at freebirds. Sadly, this place is getting way too expensive, just like every other fast food restaurant. A bowl and drink was 20 dollars.“

I’m devastated seeing how rude people can see and make stuff up about employees to the extent of taking a photo! The service she provided was phenomenal, she was kind and patient. The food !! Well seasoned, generous portions and super delicious! I haven’t been to chipotle in over 3 years because it wasn’t to my likings but my visit today at this location has restored my faith in chipotle! Will be returning“

“Love coming to Chipotle since its opened. You really get the same consistency at any Chipotle that you've always had since the beginning: food always tastes good, chicken is fully cooked sometimes, beef is overdone, all the time. And almost always gives you the 💩s!! now with double the cost.“

“Huge shout out to this location- they were so kind and understanding when I got myself into a huge bind. I had order issues that were completely and entirely my fault, leading to showing up and getting all the wrong food (because I ordered the wrong thing), and as soon as I explained the situation to the manager, Armando, they were incredibly understanding and got me situated quickly. Elijah and Favor processed my order, and I was in and out in probably only 5 minutes or so which is a miracle.

Seriously, these people were a heaven-sent blessing from the Lord for me today.

Quick side note- VERY clean location as well!!

“This Chipotle was very nice. the employees were nice and accommodating to me and my daughter. They actually interacted and held a conversation while we waited for our order.. sometimes social interaction is missing in alot of places. It was nice to have some smiling faces.“

“Beautiful bowl - they were generous and did everything I wanted. The meat was not good at all, though. Disappointing as that was, since the carne is delicious at the stingy chipotle’s, 4 stars for the service. The app said my order was ready but it wasn’t on the shelf. There was a line so I stood back expecting to wait, but one of the team members was with me right away.
Atmosphere was a 3 because when I walked in, I had to wait for a child to finish spitting in the trashcan before I could get to the counter. Perhaps he had the carne asada, too, but it was still a really gross sight. Glad I had mine to go.“
