Ordered a steak bowl and 1/3 of the steak was the fat trimmings. Had a nice pile of chewed up fat that I threw away instead of steak to eat...
I keep trying to give this place another chance but I am done. The last theee times I had ordered chips with the bowl. All of those times they were so stale. I called the very first time right after I got it, but was sent to a service that was not at the store. The hey told me I needed to fill out a complaint and someone would get back to me. For the amount of money we spend for this food, I should not have to repeat “more please” every time I have them add to my bowl! The employees act like this food is going home to feed their families! This is no joke! 28) for me and my 8 year old son! Scoop an acceptable amount of food into my dish or loose my business! Greed and shorting people is no way to treat repeat customers.
