Depending on what employee you get you could have a nice size meal or under size meal.Also the taste/flavor isn't really consistent. One day it's seasoned nicely, another day it has no season.. there's was a time about 2 months ago they was really consistent but that ended. Now everything starting to look dry from sitting there for so long..

I have not had Chipotle in over 8 years if not more. I went there for the first time last night and am so grossed out. I almost walked out when we arrived. Every single table was dirty and there were only 3 customers in front of me and one family of 4 seated. Literally, every single table was dirty with food leftovers. We took our food to go so we didn't have to eat there and I should have gone with my gut and left. We arrived home to eat and after a few bites, I suddenly felt a hair in my mouth. I pulled it from my mouthful of food and set it aside. I have blond hair, unlike my photo posted which is older and this hair was extremely long and dark. I told myself, it is just one hair...get a grip. I took one more bite then the next one delivered me another long dark hair that was mixed in all my food. Photos for reference. That is two long hairs mingled together with cilantro mixed in. Talk about disgusting. I couldn't eat anymore so after spending nearly $30 this food was thrown in the trash by both my husband and I. I tried to call the location and no answer. I will be going further up to report the state of the restaurant and this experience as I want my money back. To come back after so many years of not eating here and giving it another shot and experience not only the disgusting state of the store but to have hair in my food not once, but two hairs is disgusting and just solidified I will never return. The staff was friendly and kind, but I will say even the expo area was gross. Food everywhere with no one wiping the sides for presentation.

Vegetarian options: Sofrita is soya based protein (meatless). Of course grilled vegetables are there. Pinto beans contain meat, black beans are vegetarian.

I stood in line for 20 minutes to be told they do not have white rice. I would be more forgiving if they would have put have put a note on the door and given everyone in line this information. I will not go back.

This is the worst location I have ever been to. Without fail they are out of either rice or meat. Every time I go there I have to wait for them to cook something. They spend so much time focused on the drive thru and neglect the in store customers. The manager just says their busy and can't keep up, but none of the other locations near me have this issue. We will not be going to this location anymore.

Friendly staff with fast service. Can sometimes have line for ordering, but wait is reasonable. Lobby needed attention on this visit, as customers had left messes on tables, which needed to be cleaned.

Total mess at 6:30 pm, with dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, and not enough staff. 30 minutes to get through line. We will definitely not be back to this location, even though it is the closest to us.

I have no ordered multiple times . In fact person and thru Uber eats. The rice is always raw and uncooked. I’m so disappointed. Get someone new to make the rice.
