Chipotle Mexican Grill in North Richland Hills

“they were getting smoked by a ton of highschool kids. and i almost didn’t go inside. but i had extra time and still went. these workers got me out faster then most chipotle do when they are slow. i don’t normally go out of my way for a good comment. but they get things going here. and i thought yall should know. this does not mean you need less workers managers.“

“Came June 20 26 around 330pm the store was dead no customer. Came inside no music playing there were three people working one girl and two boys. As I approached the food line I looked and notice there were no f fajitas so I ask could they make some more. And also I asked could they make some steak fresh and the cook literally said I just made the steak 4 minutes ago . But I keep asking finally they did. They told me it would take 20 minutes would I be able to wait and I said yes. As I was finishing up paying for my order and my son's the steak was up and ready after only 5 minutes. And I never saw the cook cook the steak only the fajitas. . Also the steam tables are supposed to been steaming hot where u cank kw the food is staying heated. When I got my food I had to eat it up everything was cold. I have never bought chipotle went home and it's cold that fast. So I just wanna say everyone was nice but the food disappointment. Also I order a glass sprite but they didn't have a bottle opener so I had to wait until I got home to drink my soda. But had to ask for a cup of water to eat with my meal unacceptable. Food also lacked flavor I hope u guys improve on these things I meantion. I won't be returning today's Chipotle or any other Chipotle I rather spend $30 at the grocery store and make that myself with bitter flavor with everything being fresh“
