I pick up food often from this location and generally everything is correct. I recently had an issue with an incorrect item that I had to drive back to have fixed. I let the cashier know of the missing item, and the manager immediately came over to speak to me. She went above and beyond to make it right, beyond just fixing the item. I have never had a manager in a fast casual restaurant make such an effort to remedy the situation. Excellent service!
I've had the pleasure of visiting this Chipotle location multiple times, and each visit has been a delightful experience, thanks in large part to Raven. Raven's positive and outgoing demeanor immediately makes customers feel welcome and valued. She exudes leadership qualities, and it's evident that her co-workers respect and follow her lead.I will absolutely be back, very soon, and I plan on being a customer at this Chipotle for a very long time to come.
