Chipotle Mexican Grill in Mansfield

“Honestly, I’m not even the biggest fan of chipotle. Usually this restaurant food is about a 3/5 and it has nothing to do with the people working there. But there’s a young man there at this specific location who has blonde dreadlocks on the left side with brown dreadlocks on the right side who absolutely exemplifies good customer service. It’s obvious that staff there is well trained and goes out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of. I can appreciate that.“

“The food is always great, however, I noticed the first worker (who took our order) sliding her hands up and down on the counter top and touching other things as well, so when we approached her, I kindly asked her if she wouldn't mind changing her gloves, and the attitude behind it was was uncalled for. She huffed and walked away as she snatched her gloves off and came back a bit snappy. It was unnecessary and rude. I simply didn't want any cross-contamination.“
