I always come to this location. Usually they take care of you and are friendly and vibrant. But today I watched the cook scold the person serving me food to actually serve me less. Which was really disappointing to actually see that in front of me. I hope this place isn’t changing standards. It did look like they had a bigger boss in there today. I hope chipotle is not coming down on their employees and managers to serve less and be more uptight.
Came in on 8/25 evening. They looked busy and short staffed. However, they had a positive attitude. I tried redeeming a reward from the app but it didn’t work so the manager comp’t the order which was really nice especially since I was expecting to pay anyways.

The food is hot, fresh, and delicious, especially the barbacoa meal, which is shredded to perfection and considered the best in town. The environment is clean, and the staff are friendly and laid back, with a manager who is very down to earth and always makes customers smile. While some customers have had personal opinions about the food, the overall experience has improved significantly, with great portions and fresh choices. This location has come a long way and is worth a visit for a satisfying meal.
