04/05/24I stopped by this McDonald's on the way to work. I ordered a Sausage egg and cheese bagel and a Large Mocha Frappe no whip, w/ and extra shot of espresso, and caramel drizzle. When I got to the window I was given an Frappe w/ whip, no big deal but then was told the espresso machine is not working. I asked for my money back that I paid on the app for the extra espresso and caramel as it was not provided. To which I was looked at like I was a bother to them for asking....read full review
The girl taking my order and the girl giving it to me had terrible customer service. The order take said first thing on the speaker "what can i get you" very monotone and the girl giving my order didnt even say anything to me, handed me my drink and closed the window, then handed me my food and closed the window. Not to be a karen but wow. Terrible. 04/04/2024 2:45pm order 1338.

What happened to the friendly employees at this location? 4 stars for food, 0 stars for service this morning. At the drive thru window the server accidentally spilled coffee on me and the inside of my door and the outside of the window and side of my car. Seems like the lid was loose on the coffee cup. She didn't apologize to me, maybe because she was embarassed, why I don't know. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager said I'm sure the server didn't spill the coffee...read full review
