I won't be eating here anymore.I've been here three times and they've messed it up every time.The way they roll their burritos shows they have no common sense whatsoever.All the rice always ends up on one end and everything else on the other so that half the burrito is nothing but rice.This happens because they turn it sideways before they roll it instead of rolling it parallel to the way they put the filling in.They come out looking more like a softball than a burrito.

They completely burned my son’s quesadilla and told me that is the best they can do. Their machine has been burning them for months and chipotle know but isn’t doing anything about it. How about cleaning it? So they brought me out an uncooked quesadilla. Won’t be coming back to this location.

The state of this chipotle has improved immensely. I received the card for Christopher Morales just to elevate and reinforce that he has done his job very well. I came in to get the new barbacoa meal because of curiosity and it was delicious and made expertly. I will be back purely based on the improvements of the manager.

Usually when I get my chicken bowl from Chipotle it comes with the same ingredients but yesterday when I got the same ingredients it was extremely too hot and spicy it had me vomiting and diarrhea today. I’m not going to let them do me like that ever again.

Store has started to charge for extras without telling the customer there would be a charge. Been going to this store 10 years, but I will not be returning.Edit: made the mistake of returning. Long day at work, it was on the way home. Even worse than the last time, rice was dry, beans were undercooked, cup of guacamole was brown and tasteless.I worked at chipotle about 10 years ago for a little more than a year. It was a much different place then, the customers always came first. Food quality and customer service have gone out the window, prime example of this is to be found at Chipotle on Camp Bowie.

This Chipotle is the worst. My order is never ready on time. They are always running out of food. Today I had to wait for chicken. Their is no urgency about their staff to get delayed orders out. They even ran out of plastic forks.

Dirty food prep area and no options. Food all over the counter. No one cleaning it up. Just making new food over the top of old food. Glad I can't see the floor behind the counter. Sitting area was clean. Looks nice walking in. Won't go back.
