“Dinned in with my daughter, service was Great customer service the lady with royal blue lashes was really kind in servicing us , the gentlemen cooking & serving made our dinner Very tasteful and well cooked. We will definitely be returning for the Wednesday special. It is a great deal for the whole familia. Lobby was clean as well as restrooms. Everything we asked for was in stock.“
“I want to commend the young man working as a cashier around 6:00 PM on June 16, 2026. He handled an incredibly difficult situation like an absolute professional when an angry customer began insulting him over an order mistake. While the order may have been incorrect, there is never an excuse to treat staff with disrespect. He maintained his composure beautifully under pressure. KFC needs more employees of this caliber!“
“I feel like the food was good, except that one of my family members felt like they saw a feather still on the chicken I refuse to eat it, therefore, causing the rest of us, not want to eat no more because it did look like it had something that normally wouldn’t have ever seen “
“I walked in about 1230 pm and was behind an elderly lady placing an order for two. It took her a few minutes to order and she paid with exact cash including change. This took some time. Emily the cashier as well as manager was also working the drive thru window while waiting for the lady to pay. She had to tell a drive thru order to standby as she patiently waited to finalize the transaction. Next she asked me to standby so she could take care of the drive thru order. I was good with this because she was doing lobby and drive thru by herself. When I received my food, it was hot and fresh and my service was great. I hope the owner reads this review and increase the pay of workers and managers so quality workers can be hired to increase the staff. Those of us 55 and over remember the good old days of KFC and we still want to eat it.“
“This is my first time to visit the KFC on Jacksboro Highway. I was excited to see that they had brought back the honey barbecue wings And decided to go to the nearest KFC. I thought the service was quick as I went through the drive-through and didn't have any issues. The wings delivered totally on taste and texture. I hope this is something that they plan to keep on the menu as I'm excited to see that it's back.“
