“Dinned in with my daughter, service was Great customer service the lady with royal blue lashes was really kind in servicing us , the gentlemen cooking & serving made our dinner Very tasteful and well cooked. We will definitely be returning for the Wednesday special. It is a great deal for the whole familia. Lobby was clean as well as restrooms. Everything we asked for was in stock.“

“This is my first time to visit the KFC on Jacksboro Highway. I was excited to see that they had brought back the honey barbecue wings And decided to go to the nearest KFC. I thought the service was quick as I went through the drive-through and didn't have any issues. The wings delivered totally on taste and texture. I hope this is something that they plan to keep on the menu as I'm excited to see that it's back.“

“I want to commend the young man working as a cashier around 6:00 PM on June 16, 2026. He handled an incredibly difficult situation like an absolute professional when an angry customer began insulting him over an order mistake. While the order may have been incorrect, there is never an excuse to treat staff with disrespect. He maintained his composure beautifully under pressure. KFC needs more employees of this caliber!“

“I feel like the food was good, except that one of my family members felt like they saw a feather still on the chicken I refuse to eat it, therefore, causing the rest of us, not want to eat no more because it did look like it had something that normally wouldn’t have ever seen “

“Best chicken I've enjoyed in over 7 years!! Enjoyed the warm welcomeing as soon as I walked in the door employees are polite and I had no issue except for me wanting everything off the menu. Food was fresh and was done in a timely manner. This restaurant...must have new management or whatever it is they did it's a huge turnaround from a not so clean rude employees that I was used to years ago. Thanks KFC and the new management and crew members y'all definitely have made me 😋 yummm today!! Enjoyed every minute of it!! Y'all have to try their new Famous Bowl!! It's my personal favorite.. kudos to the cashier's very nice Hispanic lady and manger where great excellent 👌 customer service and people skills I went in having a bad day and this meal made my day go a 360* thanks KFC God bless we need more employees like you!!“
