Service was ok. Food was as good as usual. You don't stay in business for over 60 years by serving bad food & KFC is a good place to eat in or take out. Manager needs to make rules that informs employees that customers have a right to the restroom as much as they do and to take care of their dressing needs before they come to work. Ordered at 9:45 thru the drive thru last night....should've know what to expect...nothing new just take my money and give me whatever you have. At least can you make sure my food fresh. That's the easy part. My drink was fresh at least...right. My order:2- 8piece wingsSpicy Chicken sandwich 3 piece chicken with side and drink.No side by the way.So one order the of the wings cold the other fresh. Chicken sandwich was warm.Don't want anything in return just better service.

The front counter guy was GREAT AT HE'S JOB. He knew the menu and was strong in he's approach to the busy customers. In a nice business way. I was glad to see great service in a fast food restaurant.
