Tried to purchase dinner at this location. My debit card was declined even though there was money in my account. My bank showed it was pending. Manager said there was a glitch in the system and I would be credited back to my account within a few days. That never happened so I've had to file a complaint with my bank in order to get reimbursed. So because of that I feel they just stole my money and I won't go there again

The front counter guy was GREAT AT HE'S JOB. He knew the menu and was strong in he's approach to the busy customers. In a nice business way. I was glad to see great service in a fast food restaurant.

Another restaurant who wants to keep their bathroom doors locked so people have to practically pee themselves waiting on slow counter people to unlock the door. They just lost a customer who stops frequently and purchases often. It's hard enough for public transportation drivers to find bathrooms and then have to deal with this.

I went to kfc today around 5:30 and the manager was being rude to the employees not respecting person boundaries he has a beard and glasses think I overheard and someone said his name was Frankie but I asked his employees what his name was and they said Juan Davila was treating his coworkers very bad , being disrespectful, & making them do his job was cussing at them too

Service was ok. Food was as good as usual. You don't stay in business for over 60 years by serving bad food & KFC is a good place to eat in or take out. Manager needs to make rules that informs employees that customers have a right to the restroom as much as they do and to take care of their dressing needs before they come to work. Our food was cold when I sat down to eat due to an employee using the men's restroom as a dressing room and was in there from the time we 1st entered until just before we finished our meal. Had to break tradition by finally going into the ladies room to wash our hands. My young son did not understand why we were going into the ladies room after being taught so long not to do so. He's 6 years old and talked about it all the way home.??

Make sure u get there early. They stop serving at 9. Had nothing left but chicken sandwiches, biscuits and drinks.

Manager of this location should be reported and I hope KFC corporate is accountable. The manager would not allow me to change my order after ordering. Approx. 10s elapsed before I realized my mistake and tried to take it with them to make a change. They state that cause it is already in inventory I am unable to change it. Additionally, I asked who I could reach out to find a resolution. He deflected that I should talk to DoorDash despite him being the manager. I did not order through DoorDash.
