Hmmmm so the barbacoa tacos rice and refried beans was pretty good...The fresh meat in the butcher rather dark and not fresh looking at all..well the seasoned chicken wings looked safe...I was pleased with the fresh veggies and the appearance of the store

Yummy!!! The guy behind the meat counter had me try an elote tamal, which I don't remember ever having before--it's like a tamale with no filling, filled with . . . tamal. Sweet. Don't think he woulda charged me if I hadn't told him to. Got a gordita . . . carnitas? and taco . . . barbacoa (res--goat is weekends) anyway I'm sure you can't go wrong. They also sell raw chicharrÃ³n prensado which ain't too easy to find. Go for the rompope (it's like an eggnog flavor) chocolates...read full review
