I want to commend the young man working as a cashier around 6:00 PM on June 16, 2026. He handled an incredibly difficult situation like an absolute professional when an angry customer began insulting him over an order mistake. While the order may have been incorrect, there is never an excuse to treat staff with disrespect. He maintained his composure beautifully under pressure. KFC needs more employees of this caliber!
