We came at 10:20, and they refused service.
If I could give them zero stars I would yellow manager rude and refuses to give me information to contact manager over her cause they false advertising and don’t want honor the add they gave up
Y’all tall boy standing in window scratching and rubbing his hair then went to grab my food and not wash his hands
Sad I have go out my way to go to a further kfc for great service and food for my money cause the one close to my house is so unprofessional and unsanitary

I walked in about 1230 pm and was behind an elderly lady placing an order for two. It took her a few minutes to order and she paid with exact cash including change. This took some time. Emily the cashier as well as manager was also working the drive thru window while waiting for the lady to pay. She had to tell a drive thru order to standby as she patiently waited to finalize the transaction. Next she asked me to standby so she could take care of the drive thru order.
