They actually do what a customer requests.Comparing this place here on leadbetter to compare the place on Lillinois Ave., does not satisfy the customer. They're very rude and disrespectful. “About 10:00 pm August 5, 2026 I'm new to Dallas and working here for one month. The area holds a fair amount of homeless which isn't a bad thing myself I'm from Austin so I'm used to our homeless brothers and sisters as I help the homeless population as much as I can because being less fortunate doesn't change the same human beings we all are. At 10:00 pm approx I pulled thru the drive thru of KFC and with the order menu dark not lit up knowing their open til midnight I was a bit startled and decided that maybe not a good idea so I was leaving as I couldn't see the unlit menu anyway. I shifted to drive pulling away a lady's voice says welcome how can I assist you this evening? I reversed back with no one behind me and stared chatting with the voice that I now know the voice of Angel. Angel read the dark menu to me and took my order and when I drove up to the window she kept conversation with me the entire wait as if I was in the kitchen with them and she didn't allow me to not feel like I was a KFC team member for one second as I sat in my truck. It was an unexpected wonderful experience that Angel was so naturally great at doing to cover KFC ,her, and her coworkers embarrassment for the lights not working at the drive thru. For Angel to turn a somewhat scary moment to one of my greatest to ever encounter I'll say if Angel is not the Manager she should be and if Angel is the Manager she should be Corporate! Thanks Angel!“

“Delicious fresh chicken 🐔🍗 and sides with fresh biscuits, fresh mashed potato and coleslaw among other great varieties. The down side is that there's a waiting time for your order on Tuesdays, mainly because they have the special on the 10 piece bucket 🍗 🪣 for $10.80, expect a waiting time from 20 to 30 minutes during that day. You will hear 🙉 people complain about their order, but then again goodness awaits.“

“The food is delicious I love the fact that we have the $10 bucket meal right now how all families and people are struggling to put food on the table I'm glad that KFC lets you put an honest meal on the table the only thing I have to bring to the table is maybe some green beans maybe some rice just something small to make it a whole extra good meal thank you so very much❤ whomever thought about bringing back the $10 bucket I enjoy it I love it and every Tuesday I go and get a bucket for my family thank you🙏🙏“

“I was the only person in drive thru. It didn't look to be all that busy at 7:25 pm on Tuesday. I was told it would be 30 min for chicken before I placed my order, before someone said hello,or before someone said, can I help you? All I wanted was popcorn chicken, then I was told that takes 20 min. I said, I'll wait. With a sigh and exasperation, she grumbled...what else? I pulled to the window, 3 separate people asked me, what was my order? After sitting at the window 10- 15 min employee asked me to pull forward. I did get hot popcorn chicken! Dallas, Lemmon Ave and Wylie. Is this the norm now? Is this exceptable?“
