I recently went thru the drive up after 10 pm on a Sunday and ordered the $20 fill up box, along with drinks and a large side of green beans (they had them at this location that day) since they were out of coleslaw. A young Latino guy at the window took my payment and had me pull over to the side to wait for my order. My son had been asking to go to KFC for a few months now. We decided to stop by after church and I am glad we did. The customer service was a 10+! From multiple employees! I even told my husband “these people deserve a raise” just due to their outstanding customer service.
