They do not honor coupons and they have a nasty attitude about you presenting it to them. Do not recommend anyone to do business with them, they act like it hurts them to serve you. Nasty disposition at this location.

Awful attitude! I arrived at 10:24 am, waited in the drive thru with NO response until I arrived at the window at 10:33 am to be asked to go back around the drive through because they weren't ready?Awful service!

I recently went thru the drive up after 10 pm on a Sunday and ordered the $20 fill up box, along with drinks and a large side of green beans (they had them at this location that day) since they were out of coleslaw. A young Latino guy at the window took my payment and had me pull over to the side to wait for my order. They didn't give me the big box that you see in the ads but put all my items in separate, small boxes inside a large bag. I didn't look thru each box to confirm my order before I left but realized when I got home they forgot the green beans. The cashier also didn't give me a receipt and I really didn't think to ask. Since they had already closed when I noticed they forgot my food, I went back thru the drive up the next day to ask for my side of green beans from another cashier. He asked for a receipt and I explained that I wasn't given one but wanted the side that I paid for. After explaining what happened to him, he told me that he's been in fast food for 12 yrs and hears this story all the time of people saying they did not receive an item and could not give me the food without a receipt. I am thinking, why would anyone go thru the hassle for a side of green beans but left with the RM name and number. I didn't feel like the hassle of explaining what happened again so didn't contact the RM. This store needs to train employees better to make sure orders are complete and to give people receipts. The good thing was that the young guy who brought my order to the car was very courteous and polite (hence the 2 stars) but the original cashier needs some extra training.

I am so disappointed I got the 12 piece fried chicken with 3 sides and 6 biscuits and a tea.I didn't have NO WINGS ARE BREAST ALL THIGHS AND LEGS I ASK FOR WINGS THEY SAID IT CAME WITH 3 EACH FOR 3 WINGS, BREAST, LEGS. THIGHSI TRIED CALLING BACK TO THE STORE NO ANSWER DISAPPOINTED I AM
