“This place right here has become 10/10hands down my favorite place to go and get food. The staff is amazing! Food is always ready within 10mins MAXIMUM & that's really pushing it. One night I even had a problem with an order I had and I called to notify them, and they had No problem fixing it for me ! Replaced my WHOLE meal the next day no serious questions asked.. definitely recommend firehouse!!“

“Food was excellent and fast. The staff however exceeded expectations. I wish I could remember the name of the person who took my order, but she was amazing. The employee saw I wasn't having a very good day and gave me a big hug to try and cheer me up. If she only knew how much I needed that. “Firehouse subs are delicious and you can get the different sizes depending on how hungry you are, they offer a small chips selection to go with the subs but one of their main attractions is their soda fountain machine. They have the fancy machine that has all the coca-cola flavors. Staff is often very friendly at this Alliance location.Dietary restrictions: The soda fountain has many sugar-free options from coca-cola.“

“It was my first visit to Firehouse Subs. I loved the veggies sub. The packaging was amazing. The cheese was sticking to the paper placed under. The store needs to work on it. The cashier was also very friendly. I had to wait for few minutes since there were few orders ahead of me. Overall I became a fan of this sub.“

“They did not know much about which sandwiches or ingredients were gluten free, although their big sign clearly stated they have a gluten free bun, which surely implies someone there must know something about gluten.I had to inform the server that meatballs can easily make me writhe in pain, if they contain any breadcrumbs or such gluten-y ingredients. He had at first said meatballs would be gluten-free. So, had I heeded his opinion, I would have had pain for about an hour. Turned out they did indeed contain breadcrumbs, and the server had no idea.I educated one more person today, but I wish restaurant servers would have some idea of what's in the food they serve.“
