Firehouse Subs in Fort Worth

“I went there with my son on Monday evening and ordered the spicy cajun chicken and a meatball Sub. My son has always said these are the best subs around, and he was absolutely right!
I'm definitely coming back with my wife to try the steak & cheese melt. The staff had our order ready in less than 10 minutes, and everything was fresh and delicious.
I can honestly say I'll be switching from Subway to Firehouse Subs. Highly recommended!“

“Got there right at closing time with my elderly parents and Sindy and co workers stayed open and made us some sandwiches. We had been visiting a sick relative and are from out of town so them staying open was very nice! Good sandwiches and friendly service!“

BUT.... Be careful if you are using the Tap option when paying by credit card. The card reader transitions from processing to the tip screen super fast and a tip was selected for me before I had a chance to back my card away. I imagine this happens to many and they probably don't notice unless they check their receipt“

“Maya has amazing customer service , she took the order with great pleasure even though a complicated order she did not get frustrated with me , other workers were not doing anything , Maya stepped up and ensured my family and I were took care of , my children were unsure of what they wanted most places get frustrated Maya had amazing patience and was so sweet to my babies ! She deserves to be acknowledged for this as I overheard another employee tell her to clock out cause she had an attitude , we come here often and will be back, thank you Maya !“

“Normally you’d want a lot of meat on your sandwich but ngl this place over did it. I had so much meat and barely any veggies. I also asked for cucumber and got chopped pickles instead, which is whatever I guess. If I had the amount of meat I had plus the right amount of veggies, I’d be happy but they were lacking.

It was alright overall. I did also get the buy 1 get one free special so it was a good deal.“
