She was super friendly and helpful both times and the order came out exactly as requested (2 hook and ladder subs, one with no onions nor tomatoes, and Diet Coke and Sprite). Second call was for Firehouse sauce and we got plenty! It’s rare to come across such reliable and professional service. Thank you Sadie!“
