“Great wrap! Green smoothie was good too! But man the customer service is so bad. Went through the drive thru and the girl sounded like she was so annoyed and bored out of her mind. She must have been the girl at the window because her service was so bad. She was disappointed she had to get off her phone to actually work. The only thing she was quick to do was get back on her phone while prepping food and that’s pretty gross considering none of us sanitize our phones and go to the bathroom with them. The girl up front was on her phone every chance she could get too. Meanwhile I only have the time it took to get my food to see all this. Customer service standards have dropped but this is pathetic. Someone needs to manage this staff and have higher expectations. Someone allows this culture there. Go work at a warehouse if you don’t want to smile and deal with the public all day.“
“My kids love the smoothies. The Flatbread is real good but man the service is horrible. They won't greet you even when you say hi. This is the second time and both times it has been the same. Come on now, it's all about the service with the food!“
“The staff is so nice here. I have come 2 days in a row now. Different employees on both days, and each and every single one of them is on point and so kind. I will definitely be returning and recommending just because of service alone. I love that they have vegan/ vegetarian options when you substitute chicken for plant-based chicken on any of the wraps or quesadillas. The Green Island detox smoothie is such a healthy option. No added sugar, and the little ginger kick is super nice.“
