“I have always been a massive fan of Tropical Smoothie, and this store has to be one of the best. The service is always extremely quick, the environment is perfect for studying (and seeing as it’s next to TCU, that’s perfect for me!) and super clean, and staff are always happy to serve you. I have engaged with quick chats with the employees here many times, and these inspirees are some of the sweetest people!!! Good going y’all, keep up your hard work ❤“

“Came in as a first time customer and what I believe was the manager had a very snarky attitude when I told him I had a tmobile coupon he said I would have to redeem through online and I wouldn't be able to get it if I have never had an account before until 24hrs have passed. I told him I would try it and it worked the other 2 ladies there were very genuine when I was leaving and said thank you. The snack wrap I had was good and the smoothie was great. I would try it again but unfortunately only gave it 4 stars because of my first impression with the manager and not so welcoming in tge beginning of my experience.“

“I visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe today and overall the food and smoothies were really good. Everything tasted fresh and the service from most of the staff was great. However, I did notice something that made the experience a little uncomfortable. The manager on shift (I don’t know her name, but she was a tall woman with a darker complexion) was being very rude to one of the employees. The employee was very kind and polite the entire time, but the manager was speaking to her in a harsh and disrespectful way. At one point she even scolded her for going to the bathroom, which didn’t seem fair because that’s something people can’t always control. I just wanted to mention this because the employee was doing her best and remained very respectful. I hope management can make sure the staff are treated kindly, because the rest of the experience and the food were great.“

“Delivery came in smooth and I definitely needed smoothie from hard work it will calm your nerves and stress and get me from getting sick it’s my favorite smoothie with vitamin it’s a gem smoothie employees is chill every time I come to get my smoothie“

“Excellent spot for a great smoothie and snack. My wife wanted me to try their Chia Oatmeal Bowl... I'm glad she did because it was amazing! Super fresh ingredients that combined for a grade A snack. We also got smoothies since we were there. Mine didn't make it out of the car because I couldn't stop sipping. I'll be back for more!“
