I really want to love this place, this is my second visit. The food and drinks are amazing but what kills me is the service. I’ve never been welcomed in or even heard more than a scant few words from the staff. This place is kinda disappointing when it comes down to customer service. I had ordered a coconut coffee drink and it tasted like ice literally had no flavor I had asked for her to make something else and she said they don’t do that. Note there is no sign anywhere I then ask for the manager and she comes back out without the manager and finally agrees to switch it out with me. This place is amazing, I love the atmosphere, I loved the customer service, everyone was super nice and friendly, they're all exceptional at there job, I just love this place so much 10/10 would recommend!
