I really want to love this place, this is my second visit. The food and drinks are amazing but what kills me is the service. I’ve never been welcomed in or even heard more than a scant few words from the staff. On this visit my wife ordered a drink that had no flavor, upon asking a staff member about it she was told that the particular beverage doesn’t usually have a lot of flavor but as store policy we were welcome to buy another beverage but could not switch the one she got out. After asking for a manager the tune changed pretty quickly and we were allowed to switch it out. I understand not wanting to exchange every drink but if even the member of staff agreed that it had no flavor it shouldn’t be an issue. I’ll end by saying that this place has a ton of potential once they learn a bit more about hospitality.

This place is kinda disappointing when it comes down to customer service. I had ordered a coconut coffee drink and it tasted like ice literally had no flavor I had asked for her to make something else and she said they don’t do that. Note there is no sign anywhere I then ask for the manager and she comes back out without the manager and finally agrees to switch it out with me. When I had told her about the drink she agreed with me that it has no flavor. Maybe say that to the customer when they get the drink. Also I wasn’t welcomed in and the lady who took my order didn’t say one word to me very uncomfortable. Food is great other than that.

The mochi donuts were delicious, as well as the Korean corndogs (although they were a bit too doughy for me). The second time I went the customer service was a better. I wanted a drink with non-dairy milk but they do not have non-dairy milk choices which made me feel a bit bummed. I was suggested to try the matcha milk tea since the creamer is non-dairy. I did not like it at all and I am a matcha fan. The creamer tastes like chemicals to me. I did not finish the drink. I'm still open to trying something new next time & also getting mochi donuts.Dietary restrictions: They do not offer non-dairy milk options.Kid-friendliness: Cute place for kids. Nice seating and they have large Squishmallows!

Waited 40 minutes for our food and it was just ok. Staff was unwelcoming and when asked why our food was taking so long they didn't really seem to care. Definitely won't be back.

What's wrong with the workers? Almost every time I come here to buy drink(s). They would have my drink ready and not calling my order number. Also the service is slow even when there's not a lot of customers. Once or twice it's ok with me but it has been more than that probably 10+ times. Won't come

This is the same building and check out as the corn dogs and donuts. The teas were good but if they are busy it takes a good bit to get your drink. They would take all the orders in the line then work on making the drinks even though it may have five different families in the line.

It's okay not the best there's there's a much better place in Grand Prairie. They cut the hot dogs in half so they look big when you get it but there not it's mostly just breading I expected to get a hot dog not a fried Vienna sausage

been here twice with my older brother, we really enjoy their k-dogs and mochi donuts. we like the potato k-dogs because they're crispier. their customer service is really well, very nice and reassuring about our order. the location is beautifully decorated and spacious considering it's a boba tea/snack cafe. we've never had their boba tea before, but maybe one day we'll decide to try their boba tea. my only concern is the tip option on the kiosk; you have to leave a tip no matter what in order to finish your payment. other than that, great snacks/desserts to have with friends and family.
