“First time, ordered on the kiosk but remembered I had a coupon on the app (which is the worst app I've ever had to deal with), tried to cancel the order and they were taking more than 10~ minutes to cancel. By that time I had already moved kiosks because it took too long to cancel. After 30 minutes of waiting at the second kiosk, we decided to hit the button to let them know. We were met with a sorta rude woman saying that we had to pay for the first order (which is ridiculous and means they didn't even cancel it). 30 seconds later I got my food. The tropical smasher is the best thing I've ever tasted, my friend said the same for the chicken sandwich. Plus the lady who gave us our order was kind and understanding. I don't like the drive-in aspect and their two benches were in the direct path of the sun.“
“Its been awhile since I have come to this Sonic and I am glad I did. Andora is precious. Gave the best customer service one could have given. The food tasted fresh and I appreciate my visit this evening being one that will make me want to come back.“
“I pulled over to grab a large 🍌 shake. The cashier was friendly and prompt. She did apologize about the wait. I waited in line about two minutes. The area was cleaned, and well maintained. The tables were wiped down and chairs pushed in. The two ladies working the drive- thru was amazing. They were team working! The lady with the headset on was taking orders and filling them. I was very pleased visiting this location. The banana shake was so good and creamy.“

“Went in for some ice cream after dinner at a nearby restaurant.
I had the master mixed shake Oreo and chocolate. That thing was HUGE! Everything you want in a shake, plus moreover cookie bits. I could only eat about 1/3 of it before giving in to my sensibilities.

“Friday May 22 around 11ish I walked across from CVS to Sonic to grab a bite before heading home.
My order was fresh, hot and Redd was very helpful even while dealing with a system shutdown in the middle of busy lunchtime. She even put a treat in cause I had waited so long at the picnic tables 5⭐“

“Manager Jason is the best, staff is very respectful night manager is a female don’t know her name, but she is also amazing , everyone goes above and beyond, I like how they allow custom cars on the weekends for the tourists from Stockyards to come and enjoy! Great food and refreshments are always ice cold! Suggestion give the staff a raise!“
“I love this sonic! Its so fun to see the new menu items and their specials! There were these two girls who I think are sisters! They look so alike and they were very sweet towards me! They made sure i got everything in my order and greeted me nicely. I will be coming back!!“
“The tots with chili and cheese are good.... add ranch to them. You may want to ask for extra cheese, because they are VERY skimpy with the cheese, and very HEAVY with the chili. 1st time trying the NEW pop corn chicken... I think they're called bites now... But they were so good. The food was pretty good and hot.“

New People, New start.
I stopped coming to this place bc the services was poor and now after a while I decided to come again and surprise!!!! Nice crew and delicious food. My kids want to come back.

“I’m only giving this location five out of 54 Isaiah’s customer service. Even though they are extremely backed up and are working tremendously long hours. He took the time to remake my order correctly and I appreciate that so much. He was so understanding and so chill despite being exhausted from a long day.
I’m grateful for people like Isaiah and I wanted to hope anyone that interacts with him understands he’s working hard doing his best and I wish him the best in life.
The food is alright. It’s fast food.

“Sonic is definitely my go to place for sweet tea, and a good burger and tots. If that doesn’t suit your fancy, then there are plenty of things on the menu that will. The Sonic on Boat Club Rd. has fantastic service, the best anywhere around. Love this place!“

“Went for two drinks on a Sunday night and while the staff is nice and friendly, I didn’t have to wait for about 15 mins unfortunately. Wasn’t terribly busy in the drive thru or had too many cars in the carhop areas but I assume they were just short staffed.“
