“Called to let the on-site manager know that they should bring ice out AFTER the food, if it can't be carried at the same time. Female manager on duty Sat Aug 5th at 8pm was so sweet. Not normal for her age group to be so receptive to this type of call. She actually asked as to how I've had other sonics do it and she seemed honestly interested and wanted to do it right. Great manager that will go far since she's very open to suggestions or info on complaints.“
