“Today is August 29th, and it is 9:20 p.m. order at Sonic as I was pulling in all the stalls were busy. There is a young Hispanic man/teen who is working right now and he is doing a phenomenal job. I have actually never seen any Sonic or any Sonic car hops getting orders out so quickly while still being friendly and kind to customers.“
“Kai was super sweet and smiled when greeting me. It's not common now in the 2020's to have even decent customer service, so to have someone give not just decent customer service but superb, awesome, topnotch customer service, gives me hope is not lost for this generation of people..“
