Some of the staff here is absolutely phenomenal and very friendly, the food is usually good, my biggest issue is the fact the drive thru is consistently closed and the manager makes it stall only service, when that happens I literally just go somewhere else. Very annoying.
Ordered ahead and my chicken sandwiches have cheese on them, but they aren't even standard, just added for no reason. Then pulled into the drive through only for the person who I spoke with question the validity of my statement and having to take the bag inside to confirm it. Drink was also the wrong size, awful job Sonic
I’m only giving this location five out of 54 Isaiah’s customer service. Even though they are extremely backed up and are working tremendously long hours. He took the time to remake my order correctly and I appreciate that so much. He was so understanding and so chill despite being exhausted from a long day.
