I have been coming to this sonic for about a year now, and I gave them many chances this whole time because I understand what it’s like to work at a place like sonic. But after all of this time and them continuing to have zero customer service skills and messing up something about my order pretty much every single time, I think I’m going to give up on them now. Sorry to say.
