“I had to come leave Terrence a 5 star review. His customer service is spectacular. Every business needs a Terrence! I counted six great gestures he did in the five minutes I waited on my food. Without me mentioning anything while we were there to my 9 year old daughter she says, “you can tell he really loves his job!” For a NINE YEAR old to notice that, it speaks for itself. So, great job Terrence— your hard work is appreciated by customers like me! ?“

“New store in our neighborhood. 1st time we have tried it and our dinner was great. Flavors are very good and have a great taste to them. Love the fries too. The young staff working on Saturday night was awesome to watch as they worked as a team to get the busy dinner rush of online orders taken care of. Cudos to the staff. We will be back to this location.“

“I personally love Wingstop especially this one due to it being my neighborhood location. But if y’all were ever wondering if their fries are real potatoes… they are. While eating my delicious 8 piece boneless combo with a sweet tea I began eating my fries and I found a raw one which was concerning so I wanted to leave a review expressing my concern about the singular raw fry French fry.“

“Came to grab some wings for lunch and Evelyn was super helpful getting me the most food for my money. Emma was killing it cooking everything while they were busy. And I've never seen such a clean kitchen in a busy restaurant but Steve was literally wiping every surface he used immediately after he used it. Love this location!!!“

“Wow. Just wow. This is the best wingstop I think I’ve had in my life. I had scheduled a door dash order to be delivered at approximately 11:15pm on Saturday March 9th. When the order arrived I was overjoyed and was not disappointed in the slightest. Everything was seasoned to perfection; the garlic parmesan wings were overloaded with parmesan, the lemon pepper had just the right balance of tang and spice, and boy could I tell that there was extra amount of seasoning on my fries (which I usually request but often feel there’s no difference). “Call in order... Wasn't ready when we arrived. Coke machine did not have COKE. That was the second time, in the past month that coke wasn't available at the store. I got boneless. I order bone in. I was refunded. Counter girl was very nice.Parking: Parking in shopping center with other stores. Hard to find parking places.“

“The wait wasn't bad at all, but the service was a mess. They have lots of teenagers working there that stay on their phones, are rude, and need to work on their people skills. My nephew did not like his hawaiian wings. We were given tons of fries, so I do appreciate that. My lemon pepper chicken sandwich was great and my mom enjoyed her garlic parm sandwich.“

“So my kids love wingstop so I'm here often I was a loyal customer to the Foresthill location the manager there was very sweet and loved my kiddos & til the opened this one with is closer to my place they also treated me with respect and very courtios I had an issue today with my online order and the manager I believe (ALEX) helped me out kindly . “We ordered by phone, told it would be ready in 20-25 min. We arrived at the store about 5 min early and we were waiting on fries. They had meal ready in time. The food was fresh and seasoned to perfection! This is the wing stop quality I remember when they first opened. Fries were not burnt which is usually the case at other locations, wings were a good size and not overcooked. Customer service was good too. We may have to only use this location going forward. Impressed!!!“

“Outstanding service, Super clean, very professional. System malfunctioned and didn't submit my online order. They immediately put my order to the front of the line and got it out. Not only that but the wings were delicious. My new favorite neighborhood wing stop“

“I placed my order over the phone with an automated person named Becky! It was better than other automated services because I interrupted her as she was quoting a sauce that I didn't order and told her that I didn't want that sauce. She stopped talking and said that she removed the sauce from my order. I prefer my wing sauce on the side but when ordering over the phone it will charge you as if you're ordering an extra side of sauce. It said my order would be ready in 25 minutes. This was a Friday night so I wasn't expecting my order to be ready when I got there because Wingstop is usually super busy on Fridays. There were several customers inside waiting for their orders when I arrived. When I got to the counter I explained to the cashier that the automated phone service didn't give me the option and told her that I wanted mild sauce on the side. She than added a sauce to my order when ringing me up. So I explained to her that I ordered my wings plain and that I wanted the sauce on the side. So she took the sauce off of my bill. My order was ready when I got there, I just had to wait for her to get my sauce. I only ordered wings, all flats of course. I wasn't super hungry. Plus I stopped ordering fries because previously when I ordered them at this particular Wingstop they didn't make the fries fresh to order. They'd cooked up several orders of fries and had them sitting on top of a counter and were putting them with the wing orders as the chicken got done. Therefore the fries would not be hot and fresh. So on this visit I didn't order fries. My wings were good. They could have been cooked about a minute longer but they still taste great.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible“
