“So much cleaner, friendlier, faster and better overall than the Benbrook location - which would be closest to me. We drive to the White Settlement location when we want wings. When we walked in this evening, both cashiers greeted us with a smile, one was wiping down the soda station, restocking supplies and the other pulling to-go orders. Everyone was working hard and taking pride in their areas. Great job!!!“

“Moved to the Dallas Fort Worth area recently and Ive slowly been figuring out which food spots are worth going back to. Gave Wingstop a shot the other night and they did me right. Wings had plenty of sauce without being completely drowned in it and the fries were seasoned really good. Order took a few extra minutes but everything came out hot so cant really complain. Employees were cool and got my order right too. Been here a couple times now and so far its been pretty consistant.“

My only drawback is the drink machine. SUPER WATERED DOWN. You legit have to angle the cup to only get your beverage and not the huge stream of water.

“As a heads up, this review is solely focused on the service and less about the food quality. Context: Sunday Night Cowboy's Game. Place was packed and VERY busy. So our wait time was going to take a while and even gave me the heads up. Unfortunately after 30ish minutes or so, they announced that they were out of bone in and boneless wings and offered to either get a full refund or replace the wings with tenders and give us partial credit the next time we come in to order food to make up the difference in price from our original order. As much of a bummer the situation is, the staff were not at fault and was something anticipated for these big Sunday Night Cowboy games. However l, what truly impressed me that night was one specific employee by the name of Ramondrick. He took the reigns of the whole night to help his team, the customers, empathizing and assuring the customers the best they can do to help with their food, and being straight forward with the situation and how he's going to resolve it. He honestly showed true leadership that night and even brought his lovely family with him on his day off because he knew the team needed the help with the business of orders, which lead to shortage of food. The definition of being a leader with customer service professionalism, team player, problem solver, and courteous mannerisms with his friendly demeanor with the customers is Grade A definition of Hall of Fame employee. If he isn't a manager yet, they need to promote him ASAP. If he already is, then Corporate needs to get him on board to teach other Wingstop locations lacking in this department and set an example of how leadership should be moving forward cause I was honestly impressed that night. Overall, even if the situation was unfortunate that night with the food, Ramondrick handled the situation like a champ and we need A LOT more people like him moving forward in this type of industry!“

“Please ensure your order is verified before departing. I placed two orders of lemon pepper bone-in wings. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was handed the order and left without further interaction. It was only upon returning home that I discovered the order was incomplete.“

“Really appreciate the team today. They really take care of their regular’s. Today they had an abnormal busy line, mostly from someone taking all their employees out to eat. “So frustrating that when u order inside, they refuse to call your name out when your food is ready!
They put it on the shelf, same as online orders. We were sitting waiting for our food forever & our fries were cold because it was on the shelf the whole time. Our local WingStop says your name when it's ready“

“I had a great experience at Wingstop! Everything was fresh and on point, literally everything was great and perfect. The food came out exactly how I wanted it, and you can tell they really care about quality.

Cassie was the best part of my visit. She went out of her way to make sure everything was right and made the whole experience even better. Her attention to detail and customer service really stood out.

“The food is always good, but I noticed they changed the fries recently. They don’t taste the same anymore — it seems like they stopped using the seasoning they used to have. I really miss the old flavor. The rest of the food is still great, but I hope they bring the original fries back!“

“My husband and I prefer this location out of the other 2 near us. Fast service and quality meals. I appreciate how much they sauce and season the food. Many wingstops dont buy the little moist towels but this location does it's a nice gesture even though I dont always use it. Ill be back.“
