Placed an online order and when I went to pick it up the young lady at the front told me that they accidentally gave my order order to the wrong person and the brought it back and proceeded to ask me if I wanted them to remake my order? I actually was confused as to why they placed the order back on the shelf after it was returned? Wings were requested well done when ordered online. They weren’t. Fries were cold. Yeah not satisfied
Shafney, like the name Daphne, was very polite and respectful. Her personality alone makes this location a favorite in the area.
As a heads up, this review is solely focused on the service and less about the food quality. Context: Sunday Night Cowboy's Game. Place was packed and VERY busy. So our wait time was going to take a while and even gave me the heads up. Unfortunately after 30ish minutes or so, they announced that they were out of bone in and boneless wings and offered to either get a full refund or replace the wings with tenders and give us partial credit the next time we come in to order food...read full review
