“The ONLY location I usually go to. I ordered wings and more online 6/16/24. I didn't get the Cajun fried corn on the cob I ordered. I've been trying to call because I can't go up there and I have yet to get an actual answer. I understand people make mistakes. That being said, please don't piss me off by having me on hold for over 10 minutes every time I call. If I had time to go up there I would but if I don't have time to go I apparently don't have time to be waiting on the phone. This is the location I use the most but if this is what's gonna happen every time I have an issue I will go to a different location, there are plenty of them to go to. PLEASE DO BETTER when it comes to answering the phone and not automatically putting paying customers on infinite hold. You literally just dropped from 5 to 4 stars with me. Smdh.“
