“Let me start by saying I am not trying to be a "Karen" but I have been to the Prosper location twice. Food is excellent, order has been correct both times.My heartburn is that each time that I walk in the employees turn around and run towards the back because no one speaks English. I am not bashing these employees by any means, I just want to be greeted and not stand at the counter for several minutes waiting for my order because no one wants to speak to me.Yesterday I waited at the counter for several minutes because no employee wanted to make eye contact with me. Then another customer walks up to the pickup order window (which I didn't know existed/this is not my normal Wingstop) where he also waited and then got helped before someone finally addressed me.“
“Actually ordered via Uber eats from this location. I received my food and my bag was opened, sticker torn and ripped, food missing from bag/order. I contacted Uber eats, no response yet. I waited an hour for my food to be delivered. Imagine the frustration. I decided to go to the location and see if they'll correct the order. I didn't think they would but they did and were quick. It's football Sunday and I was in and out.“
