There was a massive 50+ item order ahead of mine, which caused some delays, but Giovanni and Anna were incredible. Their customer service was outstanding—they were empathetic, charismatic, and made sure I felt taken care of despite the chaos. It’s rare to see a crew handle pressure that well. Huge thanks to the whole team for the support and great attitude!“

I was talking to a guy that works in there and he told me that he’s been working for Wingstop since 2003 and I was amazed but I can tell he takes pride in his work and add love to all the orders! “A employee named demon took my order my bf doesn't know English so I always translate demon was patient super sweet and helpful . However be careful with your parking I did witness a customer hit another car not on the same day but a different day other than that the employees are kind and the food is worth the wait.“

“Had a great experience at Wingstop on Ross Ave! The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful, and the wings were cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service. The staff were pleasent and helpful, though they had a slow service considering that fact that it was mostly empty.

The atmosphere was terrible. There was trash on the floor and soda and food on the counters. The tables were not clean.

“Had dinner with the family on a Friday night. The food (40 classic wings) and service were both great. The team was working hard when they were interrupted by a group of ... that recorded one of them cover its in ranch and made a mess all over the entrance, floor, and counter. The team handled it perfectly, calm and diligent. My family and I appreciate the hard work you guys do everyday to feed us. See y'all soon. Management, bring back tipping at the cash register. We paid with card and didn't see an option to tip.“

“Stopped by Wingstop and honestly had a pretty good experience. I got a mix of wings with a couple different flavors, some fries, and a drink. The wings came out hot, crispy, and still juicy inside, and the sauces had a lot of flavor without completely drowning the chicken. The fries were seasoned really well and had that little bit of sweetness that makes them hard to stop eating lol. The employees were friendly, got my order together pretty quick, and everything was packed up nicely. The restaurant was clean and had a chill, casual vibe. I liked being able to mix different flavors instead of getting stuck with just one. The portions were solid too, so I definitely left full. Nothing fancy, but if you're craving wings and fries, Wingstop definitely gets the job done. I'd pull up again for sure.“

“I received an online coupon in my Yahoo email account for 5 FREE wings, but could not get it to work. The gentlemen at the register was kind enough to navigate it for me, and I got my free wings. He really seemed to know what he was doing and was not giving me 20 questions or trying to make it difficult. He took it upon himself to ring it up properly, and I was very impressed with his professional attitude and his customer service skills.

I wish I could remember his name because I would strongly recommend his manager allow him to train, they're new associates. Great job finding this needle in a hay stack.“

“The ladies that work this location are so on top of it! My fries and wings were SO fresh! For sure the best wing stop I’ve had in while. I did dine in so that probably helped with the freshness, but they were also cleaning behind every guest, greeting everyone with kindness, and just really came to to work, to work. “Today is Super Bowl Sunday. This location just re-opened after a remodel. They were SLAMMED today with the line literally out the door. The employees were under pressure not only because of the amount of customers, but also because of ordering system issues. Instead of attitudes and ugliness, the employees worked with grace, humor, and humility. They constantly gave updates, re-worked the system, ALL staff were on deck, and played NO games! The level of communication and working was really great! I commend them for working so hard and not walking out!“
