“Things have improved at this location. For a while, the orders were incorrect, they were leaving off sides, and flavor cups. I have not had any issues in the last 6 months and the food is hot hot! Still consistent but they are again forgetting the additional flavor cups and not refunding people when they do.“

“Really enjoy wings from Wingstop. This location is located next to Aldi. They have multiple different flavors of wings to choose from in boneless or bone in. The fries are really good too. They also have a soda machine with tons of different kinds of drinks. The restaurant was clean and the employees friendly and the food came out pretty fast.“

“I received an online coupon in my Yahoo email account for 5 FREE wings, but could not get it to work. The gentlemen at the register was kind enough to navigate it for me, and I got my free wings. He really seemed to know what he was doing and was not giving me 20 questions or trying to make it difficult. He took it upon himself to ring it up properly, and I was very impressed with his professional attitude and his customer service skills.

“A employee named demon took my order my bf doesn't know English so I always translate demon was patient super sweet and helpful . However be careful with your parking I did witness a customer hit another car not on the same day but a different day other than that the employees are kind and the food is worth the wait.“

“The service was quick and very nice. Unfortunately it looked like all the employees had a very bad day or something. I wish I could have made them smile or something because they work hard and I hope their day gets better honestly. I've been coming here whenever I'm in town for the past year or two and their food is always consistent. No complaints as far as food, I just wish that Wingstop took better care of their employees by the looks of it. I wish they were happier.“

“The 32oz bowl of ranch brought me here, the staff will keep me coming back. I saw the promo for the special container of ranch (now sold out) and called to see if any remained. Fran was awesome and knew exactly what I was going on about, and she set one aside as I drove in. When I got there, Fran was awesome! She was super helpful to those in front of me and so nice as we debate on what to order. Outside of the promo, the store was clean and welcoming, and the food was tip top (as expected). Boneless wings were super good. I like THE BBQ but you did make this Dinosaur hungry for more wings and know who I can order dinosaur wings from. Next time I will order enough to feed a T-rex. You only fed a dakotaraptor with that 10pc wings. But I got the hunger of a T-rex so be prepared when I order 200 wings all my favorite flavors. The lemon pepper is my second choice but I ordered the BBQ wings and it was delicious 😋 👌 will probably order again sometime within time. You did not however put napkins in the bag for a messy dinosaur like myself and one ketchup which is fine but the main thing I needed with my wings were the napkins. Other than that you did Excellent so I raise my review from a 4 out of five on how well you fed this hungry dinosaur to a 5 now. Just be ready when I order more from you Wingstop 😌 but my fries better not be too salty or I will come up there myself and Roar my mighty t-rex Roar at you and smack my tail on your building. “Just what my wife and I needed was a flavored chicken sandwich with fries and ice tea. Staff at the register was friendly and helpful. Another staff friendly lady was so warm and kind to ask questions and made me feel welcome.
We did enjoy the food after landing here at Dallas-Fortworth Airport.

“Your everyday Wingstop experience! Loud, looks hectic but food ends up in the right mouths and taste excellent! Customer service was okay, poor cashier was a little overworked. The whole store did. Not sure if they're short on labor or just trying to save labor cost but I definitely would of had atleast 1 more employee working!“

“Ended up taking my nieces here after Cheeky Monkey as it was pouring down rain/lightning like crazy (it is right next door so we didn't have to get wet) and they were hungry. Was easy to get them some chicken and carrot sticks. The girls loved it. The food was definitely cooked to order as it came out piping hot. The staff was very kind to the kids and didn't mind that they were being kids and having fun/being silly. Thanks Wingstop! We had a fun night together despite the big storm.“

“Today is Super Bowl Sunday. This location just re-opened after a remodel. They were SLAMMED today with the line literally out the door. The employees were under pressure not only because of the amount of customers, but also because of ordering system issues. Instead of attitudes and ugliness, the employees worked with grace, humor, and humility. They constantly gave updates, re-worked the system, ALL staff were on deck, and played NO games! The level of communication and working was really great! I commend them for working so hard and not walking out!“
