“Had another great experience at this Wingstop. Johnny took care of the order and made sure everything was correct and ready on time. The boneless wings were hot, flavorful, and cooked just right. Customer service like this makes a big difference — thank you, Johnny“
“It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. Employees were young and friendly, but the oil for the fries was clearly old and they were oversalted. No paper rolls on the tables. The coke machine was first out of ice then out of coke. I rarely go to WS in general - so much so I remember the last time $10 got me something like 10 wings, now $12 got me six...though of course that is not their problem, it is everywhere.
Yet the place seemed somewhat outdated and rundown...but it wasn't dirty. Still...I was there by exception waiting for my kid's concert to finish...and the salt and the grease will make me not go to WS anytime soon.
There's a local similar store in Carrollton I sometimes go to called WingTown - it isn't a chain I think, but the fries are usually less greasy and less salty and I'd rather go there.
I realize this sounds like an ad, but nobody in their mind should go from Grand Praire to Carrollton just for better wings - they are not THAT better...it is just my point of reference since I work in Carrollton and was only incidentally at Grand Praire.“
“I came in on a Friday night.. the place was clean... I was greeted by multiple people. I felt welcomed. MIss Krystal was amazing with her customer service, as I had a difficult order. She helped me through my order and everything came out amazing. 5 stars all around! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!“
