Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!

It is a pick-up only location with convenient parking spots reserved for Wingstop customers in a busy downtown area. Customers need to ring a bell at the back of the building and check-in at the hallway counter. The food often takes 10-15 minutes longer than the scheduled pick-up time, so arriving late is recommended. The hallway to wait in is not air-conditioned, so waiting in the car is a good idea if needed. Drinks must be specified at pick-up, but they do not have unsweet tea. The food remains consistent and good, although napkins are only given upon request. Overall, once customers learn the process and adjust for the delays, Wingstop remains a reliable spot for tasty wings and tenders.
