One concern I have noticed twice now is, one of the managers (short, heavy set, white) gets visibly overwhelmed when the store gets extremely busy. Rather than taking control of the situation and helping direct the team, she could be seen standing on the line asking what she needs to do. Earlier this week, the same woman got overwhelmed and walked away during a very busy period, leaving the other manager & crew members to handle a large number of orders.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom and the condition of the store, including broken doors and uneven pricing, can detract from the overall experience.
