I’ve had three different problems with Eric at this location which I let slide the first two times around but this last time he was so rude that I had to ask another worker his name. I will be reaching out to corporate with this complaint because I just don’t understand his reasoning for being unprofessional when it comes to how you speak to people.

my boyfriend and i got a tasty turkey and two all nighters. our car died in the process and the employees allowed me to use a charger for my phone while we waited for help. the food was great the all nighter is now his go-to sandwich. great job and customer service at this location we’ll be back just for the people (:

Disappointed with the overall experience… I used to love Einstein’s key word is “past tense”…The store was chaotic, unkept, loud, smelled of burnt toast. The doors were both broken… someone had either removed or broken the hydraulic door stops, so the glass and metal doors slammed shut with each customer; literally shaking the entire store front. I kept expecting the glass to shatter.I was also quite dismayed that I was charged 2.00 more for one of my bagels w/schmear than the other… when I asked the cashier she just looked at my receipt and then back at me and said I don’t know… no offer to find out why… no concern whatsoever. Ugh!

Quality of food has gone down while prices are up. 2 nova lox bagels with drinks are now just under 30 dollars and are no longer served open face...ivassume to save 5 cents on a second piece of tomato.

I have come here for a year or two every Sunday morning. I love my bagel. However, th e service is sliding downhill. When you stand at the counter with people looking at you and not serving you... It's a bit frustrating.

Lazy prep- this was chorizo burrito, also no salsa available. Charge for plain cream cheese/ butter on a plain bagel. Just go to starbucks or donut place on the other side of grocery store.
had been coming to this location recently as it was the closest to my place 8 miles. Enjoy the food very much but the service has become HORRIBLE. Very unfriendly workers who never greet you or say thank you. One of the workers was to insist on charging me $1.00 to spread a small amount of butter on half my bagel. I told her and the manager that its ridiculous to charge that. Well that whole thing has turned into the workers calling me aggressive. I went in today and one of the workers purposely held my order that was bagged and ready and I see it sitting on the counter and nobody giving it to me. I told her why is my order just sitting there and her response was 'i have other orders im working on." Other workers are doing NOTHING and could have easliy gave my order but did nothing. Her response to me the customer "you always seem to have something wrong with your order" CAN YOU BELIEVE THE DISRESPECT. The manager made it out to be my fault. Einstein has lost a regular paying customer for good.

Just disgusting. They made changes to their brisket sandwich which the manager shared and now the meat is gray. The sandwich is just gross and even disgusting to look at.
