This wing stop is unprofessional they have too many young people in there play playing around and listening to music they take 30 minutes just for one customer food in a lady was in there she had to wait a whole hour for hers they need to get more better workers or shut their Wingstop down...

The quality of this location is horrible. It gets worse every time I order here. I was excited to have a wingstop next to the house. This is the only one in downtown dallas. It has a great location but the food is bad. I won't eat here again or recommend anyone I know to go there either. The order is always messed up. The fries are always cold and undercooked. It takes forever to pick up the order. The staff isn't friendly either. This restaurant needs a new crew or retrain the current one. They miss the mark every time. I never leave reviews like this unless the quality is exceptionally bad. I hope this criticism helps with improvement and quality control. After 4 poor experiences it's time to update my previous review

DONT ORDER FROM HERE. They have canceled my order 3 times all in separate occasions, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s happens too often. And then I have to be on hold for over 30 mins just to have someone answer the phone. Note to Wingstop: Please do yourself a favor and get new management or close the place down.

I've been ordering Wingstop all over Texas for 20+ years and this is the worst I think I've had. Wings were squishy and under seasoned to the point the lemon pepper was almost plain fried wings. My wife didn't eat a lot of hers because sloppy chicken skin is not very appetizing. Ranch cups were a little underfilled.

I ordered through uber eats and it delivered from this place, after seeing the reviews I was praying they made my food right, I ordered 6 piece combo Louisiana rub and Parmesan yuck now they did fry it hard like I asked but it tasted as if they need to changed the oil they’re frying in, no taste bland
Walked in after placing an order online and literally 50+ ppl waiting in the lobby area. How horrible. And the customer service is piss poor. Why does this place continue to be open??? You can NEVER get your order...literally 10 ppl in the kitchen and NO chicken ready ....EVER!!!!!!

This place is a joke I would never ever eat here again . Now I know damn well the health department has been here yet and if they have then why are they still open! We have to go through the back what’s is so disgusting. It’s dirty and very nasty. Why on earth would you allow ppl to walk through the back to get there food when it’s not clean. The lady at the front has a very bad attitude. All I can say is do better but I will never come back to this place ever again and if I could give this place 0 stars I would.
