Incompetence at the register. Ordered online to pickup, went in to pick up the order. There were 2 orders on the shelf when I arrived, the young lady asked for my name, checked the orders. Said it wasn't ready yet. Waited another 20 min then asked a different employee to check on my order. It was one of the orders that had been sitting on the shelf the whole time.
