Do NOT go to this location it’s beyond horrible! But I don’t blame the poor kids working here…shame on management and corporate train your employees! And get people who wanna work!
Ordered on DD, 2 10pc combos. Received fries for 2, drinks for 2, wings for 1, piss poor attitude for the exchange. Had to show up in person to receive wings I paid for. Night shift obviously needs GM to show up and help at night cause night shift can’t hang. Not sure what else needs to be done but if management can’t see an issue with the 2.8 rating and it’s mostly night time issues idk what else needs to be done, common sense at this point. Very disappointing. Ordered a mixed 50 pack with some boneless wings. We received all bone in wings. Also there was barely any seasoning on any of the wings. You would not have been able to guess the lemon pepper was lemon pepper. We only figured it out by process of elimination.
