It's Wingstop, medium expectations and they tend to get close to the mark. My food was ready when I arrived but the bag was soaked because the veggies they gave me were swimming in residual water. They promptly fixed it. But there's usually like a small thing wrong every time, just nothing that prevents me from retruning. When i purchased extra sauces i expected to have them in my bag but no they didn’t give it to me yet again, this is the 4th time that i purchase something that was never given to me. They argue in there like children when they should be paying attention to their job. Ridiculous!

I placed an online order for 8 pieces of bone-in Original Hot all-flats wings fried hard. Despite being given an estimated time for pick-up, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes to receive my order. Upon reaching my destination, I discovered that I had received a 5-piece order instead of the 8 I had requested. Furthermore, the wings were not fried hard as I had specified, and the fries were cold. This situation has left me extremely frustrated and upset.
