I placed an online order for 8 pieces of bone-in Original Hot all-flats wings fried hard. Despite being given an estimated time for pick-up, I had to wait an extra 20 minutes to receive my order. Upon reaching my destination, I discovered that I had received a 5-piece order instead of the 8 I had requested. Furthermore, the wings were not fried hard as I had specified, and the fries were cold. This situation has left me extremely frustrated and upset.

It's Wingstop, medium expectations and they tend to get close to the mark. My food was ready when I arrived but the bag was soaked because the veggies they gave me were swimming in residual water. They promptly fixed it. But there's usually like a small thing wrong every time, just nothing that prevents me from retruning. Another location I went to literally had a mouse trying to run out the door as the whole kitchen emptied and ran after it.. to stomp it... The employees and that location are trash.

When i purchased extra sauces i expected to have them in my bag but no they didn’t give it to me yet again, this is the 4th time that i purchase something that was never given to me. They argue in there like children when they should be paying attention to their job. Ridiculous!

Not the typical 18min.Cashier girl has a really bad attitude, isn't polite. I was told they lock the doors at 11:45, so I need to be inside to get my food. Place is dirty too. Seems like they need to clean up the Dinning area.

This Wingstop has disappointed me twice I have had to wait over 50 minutes for a 6wing classic combo. They just by passed my order continue to make other orders like I have been sitting there for almost an hour. The fact today I didn't even get my food after waiting for 50 minutes they not right. I'm reporting them to the owner and not the GM. This makes no sense I wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

Placed an order for pick up on DoorDash for the 30 piece crew pack. That was supposed to come with 30 wings fries and veggie sticks. Didn’t receive the fries and got boneless lemon pepper but they gave me plain chicken.

Terrible location. Wait times are insane and they lie about how long it’s going to take. I was watching the kitchen and they did not seem like in any hurry to fill orders either by how slow they were moving. Lots of baskets sitting above the fryers waiting to be sauced and packaged.
