“10/10 experience only because they fixed a slight mishap. The food overall was very good and came in great timing. The thing I want to note is that at the beginning when we got seated, we waited maybe 20-30 minutes for service before we went and got someone to help us. It was a simple mixup with the tables/waiters, but we were helped with extraordinary hospitality after that. Both managers served us our food and took our order and even comped part of our meal and gave us a free dessert. They deserve 5 stars for sure, because even though it was not a huge deal at all they took it upon them to personally make it a better experience for us. Well done! Thank you:)“

“The crown jewel of the Meadowbrook neighborhood in Fort Worth, since opening Coffee Folk has served a much needed function for the neighborhood - a true third space for families and neighbors to meet and interact with one another. The coffee is amazing. The owners treat you like family and are always incredibly accommodating. They also sell food from local vendors. Their popularity does mean that wait times can be longer at certain times but the wait is always worth it. Plan accordingly and you will not be disappointed.“

“Had a wonderful breakfast here this morning Sunday May 26, the staff was 🤩 amazing service was definitely an A+. I ordered the Mi Amigo Omelette with hash browns and sourdough toast😏 Delicious 🤤 coffee was on point very good. The atmosphere was good as well. Pricing was decent spent about $50 meals were around $10/$15 range and found something really good to add to our orders. The Hot Sauce was the best! Bought two bottles to take home and will most likely need more😁 in time. We came from Springfield, Mo and it definitely made us feel like home. Thank you and we will be back next trip😉“

They get you seated very quickly (wait times are never egregious), the staff is always very kind and attentive. They go above and beyond. I decided to customize my order yesterday when I went and the waitress got everything correct. She added cheese to my eggs and she even allowed me to substitute the meat for a muffin even though the menu said that you couldn't do that. The food is wonderful and if the menu is to be believed, ethically sourced. Their juices are excellently prepared. All of them. They've got a new tropical one that is orange and it was really good. But honestly it's hard for me to just pick one to drink when I go because they are all terrific. Anyways, go here, give them your money, it's worth it. First Watch is an establishment that I hope is around for many, many years to come.“

“🥰👍The Mexican Inn Café – As a recent homeowner in the Fairmount Historical district of Fort Worth, Texas and needing a caterer for a Birthday celebration I searched yelp* with way too many choices. After much research and difficult pricing decision to make I took a deeper dive into the website for the Mexican Inn Café. What I found was lots of happy folks with both food and the restaurant. Next step was asking around for personal experience and found again lots of happy folks. Last step was a personal visit to check out the food. Well, that was a pleasant surprise for a restaurant that has been there for 60 + years – great food – great service and impressive service personal. Making the arrangements for the catering service was easy and working with Annette Rosas far exceeded my expectations. On the day of the birthday party the food arrived on time and their set-up service was excellent. OH, those yummy food smells. Everything looked delicious, was well prepared and the display was a treat to the eye. In addition - all was an enormous success from the party goers’ praises … except for there being little left over for me to enjoy the next day>LOL. I would like to recommend the Mexican Inn Café 8th Street in Fort Worth and Annette Rosas to anyone in need of catering services or an excellent place to eat. Thank you Annette for making my chose an excellent one – You are Amazing.“

“Tried this sandwich shop for lunch the other day and came away pretty impressed. The sandwich was fresh, packed with flavor, and the bread had a nice texture without being too chewy. Staff were friendly and got my order out quicker than I expected, even though it was kinda busy. The place felt clean and welcoming, which always makes a difference. Prices seemed fair for the portion size too. Not every bite was perfect, but overall it was a really solid meal and I'd definitely come back when I'm in the area again.“

“After a tough week, Augie's was the perfect feel good destination. It's a family friendly neighborhood bar on the lake where you can drive your boat up to the dock and enjoy a burger and a few drinks and watch the sun set while the kids play corn hole or swing on the swingset.
The food is great. We enjoyed the Augie burger, a half pound burger with jalapeño, pepper jack cheese, onions, mustard, bacon, and tobacco. Also the smashburger with cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce. All burgers come with your choice of fries, onion rings, or salad (no one gets the salad). Everything is cooked to order, so on busy nights patrons need patience as it can take awhile to get your order. No one seems to mind though.
One unique offering in drinks is a selection of frozen cocktails, jack and coke, pina colada, strawberry daiquiri, and margaritas. You can also swirl any of the drinks. I truly loved the swirl of daiquiri and colada. The jack and coke was also very tasty.
Another plus with Augie's, live music. The Squeezebox Bandits, a local favorite, entertained us all. They're kind of Texas honky tonk meets Cajun blues with a nod to polka (there is an acordian...). They are reason enough to go to Augie's.“

“We’ve been wanting to try this place and it was a great experience, from the Asian decor to the welcoming atmosphere to the food. We got the Shumai to start off and it was pretty good. I suggest having the sauce on the side if you’re not into really spicy things. My friend got the beef bowl and it was delish. The beef was perfectly seasoned and the sauce had a great flavor. You don’t get much protein, so next time he wants to order it with extra meat. I got the west side Ramen which was yummy. The broth was ok, but the noodles were good and plenty. I got the pork loin since I always get the pork belly, so it wasn’t as flavorful. Overall it was good, but I’ve had better. Definitely a place to try if you’re in the area and/or want to eat good food.“

“today is December 6, 2023 at 12:15 PM. I came to this location to eat a Philly cheese sandwich and french fries and drink a Coke. It was $15. The Philly cheese sandwich was very small and the meat was dried out and it had a weird taste to it. I don’t know if it was a seasoning or wet and the french fries were kind of yellowish and they put too much pepper on the fries, it was not worth the $15 that I paid but they were very nice. It’s two Hispanic ladies that work there. They serve breakfast from 6 o’clock in the morning until 10 and then they start lunch and they close early.“

Food just came out I would say for the amount of food I ordered it was a far wait time. 10-15 minutes i ordered their pork chop special as you can see in the picture they were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing the mash potatoes were delicious the roll was buttered in the best way then on the right was their classic cheeseburger which was amazing their fires are made in house and seasoned to perfection as well (not many do that anymore) on the top right is their potato salad which reminded me of my mamas I believe that is also prepared in house. Everything was perfect. You don’t see many restaurants like this. The service was quick and simple nothing over the top. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed can’t ask for more. I truly enjoyed myself here as a first timer and I see myself in the future making the drive out for more. Total cost for eveything is 27.03“

You can tell that Anthony carefully crafts his blends because they are so enjoyable. I even worked with him to provide all the cold brew for my wedding because my husband is obsessed with coffee and we were having an espresso martini bar.
