“Unbelievable staff! Especially the tire & battery department. The whole department is helpful, courteous and friendly. I have to say one employee, Donavon went out of his way today making sure we knew how customers are supposed to be treated and we are not just a number but are human beings. We came last night for a battery and liked them all so much we canceled appointment with another tire shop. Sam’s Grapevine are currently replacing my tires on right now. People constantly complain that Walmart and Sam’s are huge Corporation’s that doesn’t care about customers but they are wrong when it comes to these employees that are working hard every day at the grapevine location. After the pandemic still nobody wants to work, yet these employees come in to work with constant pressure because of short staffed departments and get the job professionally done. We the customers are not allowed to tip. The store manager told me the best thing I can do is write this review. I hope it helps them get more business because they deserve it!“

“Their Peanut butter truffles are the best snack I have ever had. I normally am not a huge fan of peanut butter, but I brought home a box for my wife.... I ended up eating the whole box! She was quite upset. Unbelievably good, the ingredients are organic and natural no preservatives. The people there are in incredibly kind. Hands down top tier spot!“

They get you seated very quickly (wait times are never egregious), the staff is always very kind and attentive. They go above and beyond. I decided to customize my order yesterday when I went and the waitress got everything correct. She added cheese to my eggs and she even allowed me to substitute the meat for a muffin even though the menu said that you couldn't do that. The food is wonderful and if the menu is to be believed, ethically sourced. Their juices are excellently prepared. All of them. They've got a new tropical one that is orange and it was really good. But honestly it's hard for me to just pick one to drink when I go because they are all terrific. Anyways, go here, give them your money, it's worth it. First Watch is an establishment that I hope is around for many, many years to come.“

“Excellent service from Don Juan, Juanita and the rest of the team. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is okay. Their customer service rocks and their food is amazing. My daughter is a big fan of their Very Berry French Toast. We always end up with a smile in our face and obviously would recommend this place to anyone in the area that hasn’t had a chance to try it. “Upon arrival at this location I immediately noticed how clean it was. All the employees were pleasant and it was a nice late back environment. The manager Tammy was pleasant and helpful. lastly the food was fresh and came out in a timely matter. 10 out of 10 for this location“

“My first time eating here was a week ago. Walking in, the place was very well kept and had a nice welcoming atmosphere. They had a nice variety of choices whether its food or drinks, and they have coffee!! I got the chicken bacon rancher, everything about it was good and definitely enjoyed the bread they used. Will be going back plenty more times.“
